  • AYURVEDA AND POSTNATAL NUTRITION FROM BIRTH TO WEEK 2: What should I eat and drink right after childbirth? What about the first 3 days when I’m preparing for the letdown of milk? What are my allies during the first 10 days postpartum?

  • AYURVEDA & POSTNATAL NUTRITION FROM WEEK 2-3: Week 2 and 3 postpartum it’s the moment when your start building up on variety still keeping an eye on your real digestive capacity which is our primary focus

  • AYURVEDA & POSTNATAL NUTRITION FROM WEEK 3 TO WEEK 6: Week 3-6 postpartum. Here things are getting funnier food wise: we work on rebuilding your tissues and your strength

In this class we will cover key ingredients to have in your kitchen when pregnant and postpartum, a few cooking tricks to get what's best from your food, and a Soup Mama special - soup making 101! See for yourself that healthy & nutritious doesn't have to be perfect, time consuming, or difficult!

Note: we will not be cooking during the class, so you can decide to join even last minute ;-) You will get a tone of tips for your home cooking, and Emilia will share an easy and delicious soup recipe at the end.
