In this video: - Yoga flow to ease lower back pain and to strengthen your lower back, so to avoid the pain in the future - All possible to practice during pregnancy and postpartum period - Length of a video in total: 7 min 32 sec After booking we will send you a link to the video for your use. Why we do it: - To bring comfort in pregnancy and postpartum period - To activate your spine, which is in general a very therapeutic practice - To strengthen your back, in order to avoid lower back pain in the future - But also to ease constipation, build up stamina, and for some of the poses when pregnant - help to bring your baby into the most optimal position for birth What you need for this practice: - A yoga mat, - meditation pillow (or any pillow), - one yoga block (or a box filled with something, low stool, or a coffee table) - and a blanket (to place in the middle of the mat for under your knees when you are on all fours How to practice: - Ideally you can stream it on a bigger screen next to you - If the sound of your laptop / phone is low, you may like to use bluetooth earbuds - The whole sequence takes 7 min 30 sec, so you can fit it easily into your day when pregnant or when your baby is already with you and gives you a little break
To secure your spot, please pay your Mamamoon participant's fee in full. If you have to cancel your attendance up to 4 weeks in advance, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the retreat fee. If you have to cancel your attendance 4 weeks or less in advance, no refund can be granted.
