Service Description

A Mamamoon Pregnancy Weekend Retreat is your opportunity to take time and focus on what the future brings. We will prepare you and your partner intensively for birth as well as give you a lot of tools to grow into parenthood. PROGRAM We will start the weekend at approx. 16:00 on Friday, and finish at around 15.00 on Sunday. Each day, we will serve a delicious and healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Other tasty snacks and drinks will be also served throughout the day. The exact program for the days will be shared with participants before the event. What you can expect during the weekend: - Yoga classes for moms-to-be based on Birthlight yoga sharing poses and breathing practices that help during each stage of labor (an alternative activity will be planned for birthing companions) - Birth Preparation workshops based on HypnoBirthing and Birthlight practices, incl. extended partner practices for labor - “Growing into parenthood” coaching workshops - Deep relaxation practice based on HypnoBirthing - Delicious and healthy food served during each day - Pregnancy Photoshoot - Usage of all Yogabee facilities during the weekend incl. yoga shala, swimming pool, sauna and their beautiful garden - Building your future support network with other parents-to-be and birth professionals joining the workshops VILLA & PRICING Facilities in the villa: - Large living room with spacious couches - a perfect place to rest, read a book, or hang out with other mamas, sharing stories, laughing, or making friends for life - Large and open kitchen where you will find our chefs busy preparing tasty and healthy food for us - Indoor swimming pool - Sauna (in the same building as the swimming pool) - Yoga shala - Big garden with tables outside, and low chairs for sunbathing About the rooms: - We have 6 rooms in the villa: 1 Suite, 3 Deluxe rooms, 2 Essential rooms - All rooms are double - meant for 2 persons to stay in a room - Some rooms are with a bathroom attached, and some rooms share a bathroom with another room * Deluxe room: a spacious room with a bathroom attached for you and your partner/mama friend* Prices cover accommodation, food, and drinks (water, tea, coffee) for the full weekend. Note: You should also check with your health insurance if they support birth preparation courses to be able to take advantage of it as well. ​

Cancellation Policy

To secure your spot, please pay your Mamamoon participant's fee in full. If you have to cancel your attendance up to 4 weeks in advance, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the retreat fee. If you have to cancel your attendance 4 weeks or less in advance, no refund can be granted.
