Natalie is a new mama, holistic healing practitioner, spiritual seeker and mentor. Her passion and purpose is to support others in (re-)connecting to their own limitless potential, magic and divinity. Dancing since the age of 4 and practicing yoga asanas for the past 15 years, Natalie decided to deepen her spiritual journey and practice when she took a 6-month sabbatical from November 2018 – April 2019, traveling through Southeast Asia and soaking up yogic and Buddhist teachings, traditions, and temples. She completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training with Meghan Currie in Bali, where she also studied Vedanta, the knowledge of the limitless being with Sharada. In Bali she also started down the path of energy healing, studying with her Reiki Master Joanna Lewins, completing her Shamanic Reiki Level I (December 2018) and Level II (May 2019) attunements. She has completed her Level 1: Foundation Certificate with the Sound Healing Academy in January 2020 and is currently working on her Level 2: Practitioner Diploma in Integral Sound Healing.

Her offerings are a blend of various modalities and draw inspiration from Reiki energy healing, sound healing, shamanism, dance, ceremony, yoga & yogic philosophy, mindfulness, and breath. Her holistic healing work is centered on bringing you back to your essence and living a life in alignment with your highest truth.

Natalie met Kasia and Nina with her partner during a Mamamoon Retreat in Zeeland, April 2021.

Women Holding Hands

MAMA CIRCLE

The monthly Mama Circle is a safe and sacred space where mamas and mamas-to-be can connect, share, celebrate and support one another. It is a space to be fully seen, heard, and held wherever you are or whatever is arising for you on your motherhood journey. It is a guided and participatory experience with elements of ceremony, meditation, story sharing and space holding.

MAMA MEDITATION
