Originally from Hungary, Reka is a mom of a 3 month old baby, a yoga teacher, nutritionist and an expert in essential oils.
She has always believed in holistic health, especially from her teenage times when she was treated in many physical ways because of her irregular cycle, without any results. The change came when she started to work on the psychical and spiritual part. Understanding the unity of body, mind and soul was her driver to learn more and became a certified (RYT200) Hatha yoga teacher and later a nutritionist too.
She has found the missing puzzle when she was introduced to essential oils. They helped her not only in daily situations but also to get pregnant, later at giving birth and balancing the post-partum ups and downs.
Reka's mission is now to share her experiences and knowledge with women and help them to create a healthier and happier life with the power of nature.
