DEEP RELAXATION FOR MOTHERHOOD BASED ON HYPNOBIRTHING

We will start with one of the breathing practices which is great for anytime you are anxious, or have trouble sleeping, followed by a deep relaxation based on HypnoBirthing method suited for motherhood. No need for prior HypnoBirthing training.

Mindfulness is a practice designed to help you be conscious and aware of the present moment. It can help you reduce feelings of stress by helping you to understand and manage your emotional, mental and physical reactions to what's goin on in your life right now. But how can it help us during pregnancy and as parents? Is it something for you? Do you need to plan a start for it, or can you start using the tools straight away? 


In our weekly Mindfulness-Session for Mamas, Nina will share tools, perspectives and exercises that help you get started with your mindfulness practice day by day.

CONNECT WITH YOUR BABY THROUGH ENERGY HEALING [FOR MOMS AND MOMS-TO-BE]

Babies and children are sensitive beings, highly attuned and impacted by their surroundings.

In this class, you will experience how to create a deeply nourishing and connected space with and for your baby, to support their well-being spiritually, emotionally, as well as physically .

Energy healing can support your baby not only creating deep relaxation and a sense of calmness and connection. Can also alleviate the discomfort during teething, colics, sleep problems and so.

Note: suitable for moms and moms-to-be. No prior experience with energy healing is needed.
