ESSENTIAL OILS: BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM

Essential oils can work on all our body systems, considering that all systems are so amazingly connected to one another. So approximately 70% of our immune cells are produced in our gut and lymphatic system, thus being linked with our digestive system. Whereas our digestive and our immune system are at the same time impacted by our endocrine and our nervous system.

Isn’t this mind-blowing? If this makes you curious, join our beautiful exchange on the magical plant components collected in essential oils and learn how you can support all your body systems in your pregnancy and postpartum.

FREE CLASS: HOW AND WHY TO USE WASHABLE DIAPERS

Reusable diapers are back, and they have evolved a lot since the big muslin squares with safety pins. In the 21st century there are a lot of different systems, with velcro or snaps, easy to use, and with a paper liner to throw away the poo. Figuring out what system to use can be quite complicated though, but Anne from de Billenboetiek will guide you through it in this informative session. He used cloth diapers with both his children and has a lot of inside knowledge and experience, and will tell you all about the advantages (better for the environment and the baby’s skin, a lot cheaper, no poo explosions in the clothes and easier for potty training) compared to disposables.

THE POWER OF BREATHING DURING AND POST PREGNANCY

Mastering the Art of Breathing (Pranayama) is a potent tool for any mom and mom-to-be, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We all know that good breathing helps with the level of oxygen in the mom's system, important for the growth of the baby.
Pranayama can do more though, it also increases energy level and strength, promotes a mindful mindset, and supports good emotional health, all important factors during and after the pregnancy.

Every week we explore a different technique and how it can support your daily life.
